まず、材料をドライシェイクし、美しいシルキーな泡を作りたい場合は少量の卵白を加えてください。氷を加えて再びシェイク、シェーカーが霜で覆われたら、冷やしたカクテルグラスに細かいストレーナーで濾して注ぎます。最後にレモンピールと、ボタニカルの鮮やかな風味が引き立ちます。
