卵白を使う場合は、まずしっかりとドライシェイクて美しい泡を作りましょう。次に氷を加えて、シェーカーが霜で覆われるまで再びシェイク。ロックグラスに新しい氷を入れ、ストレイン、最後にレモンピールをトップアップ爽やかな香りを楽しみましょう。
