Coge tu coctelera y mezcla el jerez, el zumo de naranja y el sirope con mucho hielo. Agitar bien hasta que esté bien frío, luego colar la mezcla en una copa de champán y cúbrela con burbujas frescas. Una twist de cáscara de naranja es el toque final perfecto.
