Coge una coctelera y mezcla el jerez, el vermut y el zumo de limón con abundante hielo. Agitar bien hasta que frío y luego colar la mezcla en un vaso highball lleno de hielo fresco. Completa con agua con gas y decora con una twist de limón para obtener una bebida brillante y refrescante.
