Si usas clara de huevo, agita bien en seco antes de usarla para conseguir una espuma perfecta. Luego, añade mucho hielo y vuelve a agitar hasta que la coctelera esté bien fría. Colar la mezcla en una copa de cóctel frío y rellenar con una cáscara de limón fresca para darle un toque de aroma.
