Delete your DrinkMate account
DrinkMate lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data we store for you. This page explains how to do that in the app or by email.
Effective July 7, 20261. Delete in the app
Steps (iOS and Android)
Open DrinkMate and sign in. Go to Settings (profile icon on the You tab). Under Account, tap your name or email. On the Account screen, tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Delete by email
Request by email
If you cannot use the app, email support@drinkmate.app from the address linked to your DrinkMate account (or include your Google account email). We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Removed with your account
Your profile, email, favorites, cabinet, app settings, uploaded photos, comments, ratings, push tokens, Shaker Tokens, and Pro entitlements tied to this account.
Published recipes and ingredients
Recipes or ingredients you published may remain in the catalog so other users who saved or commented on them are not disrupted. We remove your association — your name, story, and other personal fields are deleted or anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Subscriptions
Cancel Pro before or after
Deleting your DrinkMate account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your Pro subscription in the store if you do not want to be charged again.
